The ASTM A240 SS 304 sheet has a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa for efficient performance in conditions that are highly stressed. The 304L has low carbon content, which minimizes carbide formation in the weld zone, enhancing corrosion resistance in the welded areas.
