The Corten steel coils are in great demand in the industrial business today. The reason for this is that they are much more used in the construction business today. They are much more safe and efficient than the other steel plates. They are durable for much longer time and are being manufactured with the best quality raw material and products to provide it more and more efficiency.

Corten Steel Grades
These coils are made of steel alloy which is usually called weathering steel. They are called so because they can easily resist the corrosion due to atmospheric conditions like moisture and air. This alloy consists of copper and chromium as main components. These coils are made of low alloy steel but they are having high tensile strength.
This grade of steel alloy consists of copper, nickel and high amount of phosphorus. These metals add some anti-corrosive properties. When this product is exposed to the atmosphere, the copper combines with steel which forms a shielding layer which is easy to protect from corrosion.
They are having high Weather resistance. When the corten steel plate is exposed to the atmosphere they form a layer over its surface is also known as patina. The patina layer is then formed acts upon the atmospheric attack keeping the underlying surface intact. The corten steel coils are also having good mechanical properties and can be easily welded and with the presence of copper in this alloy its tensile strength increases with too much value.
Panchdeep Metal is the leading manufacturer of corten steel coils and the best service provider of steel coils at highly suitable rates.
