The AISI/SS 316 / 316L Coil is designed and supplied by Panchdeep Metal in affordable rates. These coils are accessible in a wide range of surface finishes, sizes, and dimensions. This is also offered by them in custom made length. The grade of 316/316L provides better corrosion resistant, good elevated temperature strength and that made them suitable for use in various applications. Generally, this grade meets various standards and is the most used grade of stainless steel. It provides better pitting and crevice corrosion resistant to chloride environment. The 316/316L also offers tensile, creep and stress rupture strength and it has also excellent welding and formability property.
The 316L has lower carbon content than 316 grades and it is often used in components that require heavy gauge welding. This grade cannot be hardened by heat treatment process and is excellent weldability by all kind of fusion method. This grade is cold formed like roll form, swaging, deep drawing, and cold heading. The 316/ 316L is austenitic stainless steel that has elements such as molybdenum, that increase resistant to the marine environment and chemical corrodents. The AISI/SS 316 / 316L Coil has strong toughness and ductility and are vulnerable to stress corrosion cracking.
This AISI/SS 316 / 316L Coils is subjected to various testing such as mechanical testing, chemical analysis, flaring and flattering test, micro, and macro test, PMI test, IGC test etc. The entire test is done under the guidance of expert team. The packaging is done in wooden case or pallets or as per client’s demand.
